Заказ получила через два месяца. Заказывала специально без коробки, поскольку очень часто коробка приезжает повреждённой и с повреждённым заказом в ней нет смысла. А так все приехало в воздушном мешке, без каких-либо дефектов и было помещено в пластиковый контейнер. Маска рабочая. Товар и продавца рекомендую

Всё супер! Всё работает, инструкцию как пользоваться нашла в интернете на русском языке. Только просьба к продавцу. Надо маску ещё и в коробку класть. т.к. у меня лично было в воздушном контейнере,а сверху просто пакетик . Один фрагмент лопнул,(там, где нос) и сам кончик носа ободрался, как будто по асфальту тащили. Не критично, конечно, но и не очень приятно. Вещь всё-таки не дешёвая, упаковку можно и получше. т.е Никакой коробки НЕ БЫЛО, В подарок никак нельзя. Претензии продавцу я не стала предъявлять. Доставка была курьером.

Все пришло, заказывала для знакомой, ей понравилась led-маска. Отследить посылку почему то было невозможно, связалась с продавцом, тот прислал маршрут. Спасибо большое.

Маска на самом деле вообще не пришла, вернее как пишет продовец что она приходила) но я не успела ее забрать , затем мы переписывались очень долго, продавец давал какие то неоднозначные ответы. Я просто устала спорить и забила, не рекомендую.
