Arriver en 12 jours en Belgique, malgré le bon emballage la boîte était cabossé mais l'appareil était intacte, très bonne prise en mainet bon design. Je ne suis pas professionnel mais l'appareil fonctionne très bien pour les cheveux et la barbe. La batterie tient bien, après une coupe reste 7% de batterie. J'aurais préféré une pochette ou une trousse pour le transport. Dans l'ensemble je recommande l'appareil et le vendeur.
